One of our great strength consists in having got our own internal Tooling Department since the founding of the company. This approach has proved to be a prerequisite to succeed on this demanding field of precision gears. In fact, the very essence of our tools such as the tooth-to-tooth corrected toothed elements and the centering interfaces between the various tool elements, requires manufacturing methods that are unique and that can’t be subcontracted. The tool accuracy and robustness do not depend on the machines only. This is in fact greatly relying on the choices of tool manufacturing methods and on the skill of the mechanic technicians.
